I needed to move some furniture and personal effects for my elderly sister who was moving from Penarth into an assisted-living complex in Poole, Dorset. A short phone discussion with Paul on a Monday resulted in a suitable van arriving the following Saturday, loaded up in 90 minutes, and then everything unloaded the following day in Poole. Everything was carefully handled – including some very valuable paintings – and the whole relocation project was handled seamlessly, and at a very acceptable cost. I have only praise for Paul and his assistant Nick, and I have no reservations in recommending Paul’s professionalism.

When I first met Paul, to discuss requirements, he was very professional, he gave a clear quotation without any jargon or hidden charges and the quote was also very competitive.

Due to a delay moving into my new property my furniture had to go into storage with Paul, the storage facilities are superb. We were shown cctv coverage of the storage area, which confirmed it was very secure and my lifelong belongings would be safe! Almost a year after putting the furniture into storage Paul and his team then moved me back into my new house, the whole process was very smooth from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I was delighted to find that my furniture was completely dust and damp free. I was fully expecting to have to air beds and bedding for several days before being able to use them but that wasn’t the case, everything was clean and dry and was usable instantly.
You provided a great service with a personal touch that you simply don’t get nowadays, especially when dealing with the big national removal companies!

I would like to thank you for helping us to move out of our home in Newport, South Wales, back in July 2017 and storing our precious belongings for nearly six months. Your employees were both helpful and courteous at all times. When we got to the storage unit in Barry, we were given a unit outside of the warehouse and, at first, I was concerned that our belongings would get damp. I needn't have been concerned as the unit was both dry and spacious and our belongings had been covered with blankets to alleviate any damage occurring. We checked on our belongings once a month and all was in perfect order.
